Abs are made in the kitchen, my friend 🙂 Watch your sugar and carb intake and stay active every day! Go for a jog, swim, ride a bike – you don't have to be a body builder to get a flat stomach!!!

Second day since yesterday doing this workout and the thigh exercise. I am going to try these at least every other day for as long as possible. It is fun and keeps your body burning 🙂

I get unbearable tension in my neck when doing crunches ans uts variations… is there a way that this pain can be alleviated during exercise? Or is this normal?
