thank you fAdriene, I needed this! I had a rough day and it was definitely not the time for me to try crow pose. but I am feeling a big shift now and more courage for the next days. <3
Feels nice to visit this one again. I gain so much confidence from it. I do not know what it is, but I once again was able to go in easily and keep crow pose for an extended time, whereas on other sequences, it tends to be hit and miss.

Yesterday, I told a friend that I was well-balanced and really I felt today during the practise. Namaste

I've been following your videos for a while, and this was the first time my feet laid flat on the floor in squat and the first time I did a successful crow pose I couldn't stop smiling
I am always glad to spend time starting my day this way – it makes such a difference and is so worthwhile! 🙂
Feeling really confident and balanced! Nailed some poses I always struggle with. I've been practicing daily for 11 months (and 1 day :P). Almost a year!!
We’re heading to Mexico next month! I can’t wait to experience all that it has to offer. It may be our new home. ❤️
A lovely, calming practice. Crow pose is still far out of my grasp but for once I didn’t get annoyed at myself during the attempt 😂❤️

wow — me again, 7 months after my other comment (weird to see myself in the past!) — still doing Yoga with you, Adriene. And still so grateful. Can you explain a little bit more — or talk about it in a different way — the idea of extending your sacrum down towards the end of the mat (as you explained at the end, when we were in Happy Baby pose), or when you mention it in other poses as well? I am having a hard time getting that. In the last month, I increased how much yoga I am doing, and my lower back is starting to give me problems. So I am trying to work on being careful, and strengthening my core…
And where ARE those yoga leggings from ?!

Balance Day 18: I was so busy today (er, yesterday now) that this practice spilled past midnight! Oops! But got it done. This was definitely a challenge to balance tonight!
