this doesnt looks like it'll build much mass…looks like too much resting time between reps

@GymMuch There is actually no resting at all in this workout. Here are the workout instructions pulled off of HASfit.com

Perform the appropriate exercises for your fitness level for four rounds total. 1 x 20, x15, x10, x5 of each exercise .

HASfit Warrior: DB RDL + Row + Shrug, DB Push Jerk

Sure is right. i know the bad fat is the reason that stopping 6 pack coming outside even we work out well.

@HASfit Do I start with lower weight and then progress adding weight after each round or use the same weight each time?
