It is really funny when you come to the gym, and it is your deltoids day, to find out that five other guys are training deltoids this day. And all of a sudden all of them start doing lateral raises. In this very moment they look like a flock of pterodactyls heading to the South.

Hey Lex, loved this video. I'm not perfect by any means but it does my head in seeing people in the gym with poor form, swinging weights around all over the place. So thanks for educating the world! IG: @timfituk
A compound movement not only uses multiple muscles but hinges at multiple joints.
The split squat is not an isolation exercise. It targets both the quads and the glutes and a little of the hamstring depending on foot placement. The leg extension machine is the only quad isolation exercise I can think of off the top of my head.
The one arm dumbbell row is also not an isolation exercise. You are hinging at the elbow as well so it activates quite a lot of the biceps. To isolate the lats you would need to keep your elbow in a fixed position the whole time.
This was helpful especially the seated leg curl didn't really use it as I didn't really feel it working and preferred the prone leg curl. Turns out I was just not doing it right

Goddamn it, lex. Wtf happened to your channel. I'm sure everyone still watching appreciates info. But I think 70% of the audience more into you as a personality are gone from here because you've lost it. I didn't even get a reply regarding me asking about the desirebrand clothes. They're awesome and I never got to get any others. Hope you're doing well, and sad to see what this channel has become.
