Great info. I personally am experimenting with doing a bicep strength workout with the Bar Bell Curl then isolating the muscle parts with Dumb Bells. I like to progressively load the Dumb Bells and finish with a 10/6/10 set.

Bicep workout in 10 seconds
My favourite exercise is a seated alternating D.B curls supersetted with a little lighter set of incline curls, pump to the stretch is great very convenient too just sit on the incline bench pre set, then do the alternating curls then grab a lighter pair of D.Bs after and lay back

Actually the incline biceps curl is supposed to be for the short (outside) head so u need to tuck ur elbows and get the dumbbells to the sides not away from the body

Yo! So in one of your older tutorial videos where you show the incline dumbell curls, your arms are pointed to the front. But here you are pointing them to the sides. Id like to know if there is a difference and which one I should be doing. I love your videos and and am doing my best to have a body like yours, cheers love ^-^
