Different workout but I am super excited. I did your workout #1 of your 2x a week chest workout today after doing different stuff for 6 months. When I did this 6 months ago I couldn't get thru all 45 reps of the Pec blast finisher with 25 lb dumbbells. Today I got thru all 45 reps with 30lb dumbbells! Also got 80lb dumbbells for my top set of 6 flat bench press which is only 8lbs shy of my body weight and I actually felt the Dumbbell pullovers in the upper chest so mind muscle is better! Overall BIG improvement!! Thanks Scott

Hey Scott i love your video and all your content in general. It could be very nice if you could make a video on how important mobility/flexibility are in terms of weightlifting. I recently started with doing some mobility drills to increase not only squat depht but getting full rom on all my lifts. If you got a mobility routine you do before training, it would be nice if you could show it in a video! 😉

I always like to try new workouts when you post them. I did this one Sunday and although it didn’t seem difficult on paper, it was tough getting through all 18 sets with clean reps. Appreciate the knowledge as always. Thanks for continuing to inspire my workouts.

Can you replace bent over rows with laying down dumbell rows. The bent over rows are too complicated.
