Calgary barbell does a form check Friday video series that works great! You should consider a fan form check series even if it’s just a one time thing. It’d be great to get input from you and interact with the community!

Hi Scott, you might not see this as it’s a popular video for the comments but just incase, could I ask you about forearm pumps? During back days my forearm pumps are horrific and always make me lose grip quite quickly. I use straps for the bar movements but can’t use them for the Lat Pulldown and Seated Row. I don’t use any test boosters or roids. Would love any feedback buddy. Cheers man 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
