Karena lights a candle and the fireplace, plays soothing music, reads a book, burns sage, and journals her intentions. I choose three words of intention for the day while I’m in the shower because that’s meditative for me.

I love having coffee with these chats 🙂 but I'm glad this was the topic. I've been trying to get into a routine of morning meditation, but to me I find it kind of difficult on my own :/
As I wake up in the morning, I tell myself that I love who I am. I tell myself that I love my body, I love its shape, I love my soft heart and that I am so lucky to have another day. 💗🌸
I love this! I like starting my day journaling and writing about my intentions, and also meditating for 10 minutes. I started meditating because of Karena! And now I can't go a day without taking that time for my inner peace 🙂

Mindfulness is something I've been thinking about starting…something in the morning to get me centered and started…this was great motivation for me to get it done! Thank you! I would love to incorporate some yoga or stretches into it….does anyone have any recommendations?
I'm a total morning person! I love to wake up a couple hours before work so I can slowly have some coffee, write and then sneak in some movement before the day gets busy!
I need to get much better at this. Every time I get myself into a good routine for the morning, my entire day is much better.

I am not a morning person but my goal for this year is to be more of a morning person and to do more self love/care for myself. This would be a great addition for the day.

I'm like Karena in that I need to set the scene as they say. I get the diffuser with essential oils going, I take my favourite crystals and I like to listen to relaxing music while I meditate (and focus on my mantra). Loved this video girls! 💕
