Following your tabata & 6-min abs workout and nw this one….has done wonders for me…respect coach….hats off…:)
I really wanna shape up my body…but I'm also a cricket player…so tell me something that whether these workouts will hamper my game or not…
Would really love to have some tips…:)

I really like this film. Love You tube because of this kind of material!My step brother was formerly bullied. He said he was about to grow muscle mass. I didn't believe him. Right up until out of nowhere he gained 40 pounds of genuine muscle mass. He used the Muscle Building Bible – Google it. Nobody dares to intimidate the man these days.

You're right. you can make your workout sessions much more productive if your eating the right foods to avoid fat and belly.

Between my senior in gym daily having this secret food items to kill his belly with less excercise.
