Legs and pull day next please 🙏🏼. This is near identical to my push day and I alternate chest first one week then shoulders the next. Glad I'm doing something right 💪🏼

Glad to see some TRAINING CONTENT!!! Crazy, I forgot you were a lifting advocate and not a "watch me eat ….." fella 😄. Really enjoyed that for two main reasons. 1# GREAT TRAINING ADVICE! (more of this content please!) and 2# Ben's annoying laugh was kept to an absolute minimum!!! DEFINITELY more of that please!! 😆.

Matt, looking for some advice. Think I’ve fucked my diet. I’m listening to your book and you explain my exact situation. Booked a holiday in may and have been dieting since jan. put myself on 1700cals a day with cardio and weights 4 times a week(with an active job) I’m down 2st but can understand your book when you explain that my body has become used to 1700cals. Been hovering for a few weeks. What do you think I can do? Reverse diet will take too long, I have 2 months till my holiday.
