How can you consider someone who can squat, deadlift, bench press, row, etc. with enormous poundage un-athletic? Just because they train for aesthetic purposes doesn't mean the strength they gain in the gym doesn't translate into other athletic pursuits. For example, /watch?v=Z1-ygiI6_3M this is a video of Kevin Levrone sprinting against a professional sprinter. He was a top Olympia contender in the 90s.
A football player can do all those things too. Yes, there are a few examples of bodybuilders that are athletic. A FEW. How many bodybuilders are you actually going to see today doing athletics? Not many. Some bodybuilders such as Phil Heath came from a basketball background. Is he still in basketball? Not really. Ryan Watson came from a football background. As pro bodybuilders though they ultimately lose their athletic abilities due to their large amounts of muscle.
Well the pro bodybuilders need as much size and aesthetically pleasing muscles as possible, it's their career, so they won't care too much about conditioning. But nearly every weight training protocol will give you some measure of conditioning. It's just the gigantic amount of anabolic drugs needed by the top pros are on can give them some negative cardiovascular side effects, making it harder for them to perform GPP stuff.
Have you tried "MAD Ripped Muscle?" (Google it) It is a quick and easy way to build muscle fast.
Jesus, a TON of spam comments for bullshit.
Probably a stupid question, but why the belt when deadlifting? Does it keep you from bad posture?
Chef Buff, I have an important question regarding deadlifting. I feel as though I could dead lift more than I currently am trying, although my grip strength is holding me back. I can't seem to hold onto the bar very easily. I have formed callus' on my palm.
if there's 8 power racks and less than 6 are being used then you are free and clear to curl your dreams away
if no one is waiting, then do whatever the fuck you wana do
The workout videos are better with this shirt cuz we can see your form better!
Always thought doing deadlifts at the end of the workout is best as I'm really tired after them 🙂
I want to know why sometimes he uses it and other times he doesn't. Whats the deciding factor?
Great form
My family laughed when I told them I would get rid of fat with Shape X Booster, but then they saw the results. Go google Shape X Booster to see their reaction. (You should see their shock!)
Don't curl in the power rack…curl THE POWER RACK
If you have been trying to get ripped, you should look up on Google "Max Muscle Booster". You are bound to get the body you deserve.
Have you seen Mega Muscle Method? (check it out on google) It is a quick way to get ripped fast.
Lol ogus is stronger than u
Watching you train…makes me wanna train. I mean fuck it up. Wreck that fucking gym. Yes.
If you really desire to get a six pack, you may want to take a look on Google for "Oak Muscle Method". You are going to end up getting the appearance you desire.
wrong
somebody must already have told ya, but dat narrow grip man ^^ I always notice that on pull ups and bench, pause at 1:54 basicly at half rep your wrists are tucked outwards
If you are looking to bulk up, you should do a Google search "Atomic Max Muscle". They can help you get the body you deserve.
u should not curl up as far , i would say stop when you hit peak contraction a little higher than paralell to the floor with forearms. (:
Yo Omar, can you give some tips on how to target my back on the deadlift, I always try to use good form but I feel like I'm only hitting my hamstrings and hips
