Sorry, I don't understand how you are "cheating" any reps. They are full ROM, unless your spotter helps you lift them. So would the cheating portion be getting help from your spotter? Also by cheat and recover, do you mean a drop set?
Because, essentially what you are doing is a drop set if I am not mistaken

You should apply an audio compressor to the whole audio track before and learn to use a tool to edit the audio for you. It will save you some time.
Yo why did you do 12 reps on those Cheat Power Bombs and 10 on the Recovery ones instead of 8 like you said? Did you not go heavy enough and still had some power in those triceps?

Bruv look for the 'Normalize' option on your audio editing software. Rather than going through each part where u scream n editing it separately it will make everything the same volume that you set, will save you some time
Drop set on every set, I'd burn out after exercise one. Lol lot's of ego lifting there. That squat looked like a dog pooping. Yea dumbbells don't go over a hundred, switch to barbell then.
