On the way to the gym today I was feeling way more tired then usual despite working on my conditioning during the cut. During the workout it was horrible so i stopped halfway through and went to carb up. Will be back at it again in two days

Could one do a refeed without consuming extra calories? Basically, would the refeed still work (replenish glycogen stores, reinitialize metabolism, etc) if you simply readjusted macros (reduce fats and increase carbs for the day) while still staying in a deficit?

Haven’t done a refeed in 8 weeks.. my carbs are at 175. I thought I needed one but I just wasn’t sleeping enough and my recovery was getting better and feel like it’s enough. Fuck it ima do it on Monday see how my body reacts
