This is great for me at the moment, as I'm struggling with plantar fasciitis and am trying to limit to walking 4 times a week instead of everyday. This is a wonderful way to get my heart rate up on a daily basis.

Sprained my ankle and can't work out but didn't want to lose my rhythm so found this and it's helped me keep that up. Even if I don't lose weight I feel it's been really beneficial to me. Thank you for this workout.

I hated getting out of the workout habit during my period, looked up seated workouts so I'm not moving the problem area and found this video! Thank you for making this content 😊 ALSO I appreciate you talking with no music. I like to listen to my own music, but I like the coach talking bc it keeps me focused and holds me accountable. This is literally perfect.
