This is great for me at the moment, as I'm struggling with plantar fasciitis and am trying to limit to walking 4 times a week instead of everyday. This is a wonderful way to get my heart rate up on a daily basis.

Sprained my ankle and can't work out but didn't want to lose my rhythm so found this and it's helped me keep that up. Even if I don't lose weight I feel it's been really beneficial to me. Thank you for this workout.

Thank you for making this content 😊 ALSO I appreciate you talking with no music. I like to listen to my own music, but I like the coach talking bc it keeps me focused and holds me accountable.
