Adrienne, can I ask whether you have advice for continual headaches the morning after doing one of your sessions? I do them right before bed, only time I have, and I’m just consistently plagued with headaches the next morning. I love your sessions and want to continue. But these hurt

After more than a year of following the monthly calender of yoga I am finding the balance poses are becoming much easier as the core is strengthening.

Yesterday's migraine didn't stop me from participating in box breathing, or coming back today to finish the practice! Whoo!! On to Day 16!
I was so busy yesterday that i skipped yoga, so i'm doubling up today. Feels good to get back on the mat (or in my case, a towel because i somehow lost my mat while moving LOL) Hello to the 1200 people who flowed with me just now!
