Damn i thought this was an old video that how much I'm not checking for the Olympia, i'm surprised it's only 12 weeks away.

Keep shredding down to the O Cedric! Only way he'd have any shot to beat Phil or anybody is to slice & dice up. He may not be Andreas Munzer ripped but he's gotta push that envelope with the size he already has maximimizing aesthetics and conditioning.

Smh…yes he has conditioning issues..yes his calves aren't the best all this is true…why thaz hell doesn't anybody talk about phils lats… how narrow he is…or about DEXTERS ENTIRE LOWER BODY!!! No matter what bodybuilding judges and standards say.. he is my favorite bodybuilder. Even if Heath of Coleman or whatever are better Bbs.. I still would rather look like Arnold classic 2017 Cedric.. 10 times.
