I've been working out at home lately and instead of getting leaner, my muscles get bigger. Please give me some exercises to get toned and lean muscle!!
I would love to see a lower body specific stand-alone cool down to tack onto workouts like this. A lot of the cool downs are really heavy on arms or not thorough enough after a punishing lower body segment. Sure, I can cool down myself, but sometimes you just want to do it on autopilot.

This is the second routine I've done and while I was doing it I realised I was smiling😱
I've been working out for a couple of years with different routines from different people and I've always hated it but now I was smiling;I was happy.
I already know I'll get the results I want because your routines are pretty awesome and I've never heard any complaints from anyone but now I know it will also be good for me mentally and emotionally because I enjoy it.
Maybe I shouldn't say this,since it's pretty soon but…thank you so much!❤
