I loved it! I had so much fun!! I did the sprinters stretch and on one leg I could not lean back onto my elbows. By the time we were done I tried again and weird as hell I could touch both elbows… 😧 I don’t see how but thanks so much!!! I’m gonna keep working out with y’all!! Did the yoga and it helped too… I’m stiff as hell 🙁

As a person with T1D, exercise is a very important part of my life. I love strenght training (have done several of your workouts), but I struggle with cardio. Besides cycling and swimming, it's not something I enjoy much. I love these kickboxing workouts though! Never get tired of them. Wish there were more.
