i usually pair this one as a cardio for upper body strength training days, best thing ever, kickboxing = love at first punch :p

kickbox workouts are the best cardio for upper body strength days, that's why you should release some more especially focusing on the arm motions because on upper body days the lower body is too sore for the knees and kicks.

consider ki-huping when doing the last techniques in the punches like on jab, jab cross you would ki-hup on the cross taekwondo is fun
