Yes, today is a cardio day, but I wanna do something different. So we WON’T be using a timer, or counting reps. I want you guys just to have fun and sweat a little! to some of my current fave top hits! Just do the moves to the beat and let yourself be free!!! The cardio moves are:

I've never seen a fitness instructor actually be so fun. Like, upbeat vibes are coming through and are making me motivated to start working out and be consistent with it for once bc its actually fun.

i just wanted to say, i´m going through a really hard time right now, have no one to talk to and i´m basically on the verge of breaking down. every day in the morning i do one of your shorter videos, and today i chose this one. and girl! i had so much fun! i was smiling and laughing, i love the few moves for a song concept and those first 3 got me sweating, while on the last one i just let it all out and was lipsyncing and all. thank you, thank you, thank you for bringing a ray of light into my life.

I tried a lot of workouts. NO KIDDING there were so many workouts that I tried since last month. But didn't enjoy any of them. That's when I found cassey's channel and I love her workouts SO MUCH especially this one.
