Thankyou so much for sharing such a fun workout! (and full length too!) so fun, Loved it. A few moves, my poor body just won't do, lol, but I substituted instead of stopping. The music kept me going further than I thought I could. I would LOVE to see more workouts like this, and this length. 20 minutes is my happy place (I try to do some cardio for circulation and some yoga each day, and add something else in if able, spreading it out, so this length is great for me) Bless you!!
The reason why I tell everyone about tiffany rothe videos is because she uses people who are also like us who trying their best to be fit as much as possible so we are reminded that we are not alone in the struggle and so that we encouraged to workout to the level that we can until we are able to really carryon as much as we can.

Looks like a good workout trying this this week but triceps with shoulders kicking your arm out to the side with curtsy lunges is really bad form so I will probably modify…too easy to tear the deltoid that way
Im from germany, 26 years old. I make fight sport like wing tsun 1-2 times a week, and every day 30min sweat workout plus 15min towel shaking plus 10 min stretching and 10 min knock out the fat.. i do this every day (6 times a week plus fighting sport) and im very proud, i get a lot of muscles and lost waist. got a very flat stomach. Soy de Alemania, 26 años. Hago luchar deporte como el Wing Tsun 1-2 veces a la semana, y cada día de entrenamiento de 30 minutos, más sudor toalla 15min agitación más 10 minutos de estiramiento y 10 min noquear a la grasa .. hago esto todos los días (6 veces por semana, más deporte que lucha ) y estoy muy orgulloso, tengo una gran cantidad de músculos de la cintura y perdido. tiene un estómago muy plana. Estás mujer muy motivador y soleado. Gracias por estar ahí Tiffany! Saludos desde Alemania
