So this workout I do with you in real time, then you take a 20 second water break and then repeat it again and if you are up for it aim for a 3rd round.

Can you do a warm up video? I never know what to do. When I go to the gym and get on the running machine I get a painful side stitch.

This is much harder than it looks, i thought this looked too easy but having just done it i could only complete two rounds, wow, that cardio at the beginning really had me puffing the whole way through! You must be so super fit you make it look so simple. Going to keep at it though thanks Lucy x
