Woo-hoo!!!!!! Loved it!!! But no need for me to repeat it b/c I did a previous cardio burn before this one, but thank you for ALL that you do and for the tips! I almost skipped the beginning b/c it was too fast, but I caught on…I definitely needed this workout, so don't mind me. I just adjust to my own speed like I did when you did the tricep burn.
