This is a great workout! I have made it part of my regular exercise routine, as I mentioned on my blog. https://typebeaminus.wordpress.com/. I got through it twice for an approximate 20 minute workout.

I am healing a bad back and have been carefully training and supporting my core and so on. I liked the look of this because it was low intensity but the very first exercise in this series hurt my back quite acutely.

This may be good for people with knee or foot pain, but this is not a good idea if you have any low back pain/weakness or diastasis.

Thanks so much Jessica – did this one today, such fun. Loved it. Next one on the list – is the 'Best Inner Thigh Exercises EVER'. Looking fwd to some food & feel I've earnt it, rather than just stuffing my face – 10mins has a great effect. KR, Bx

Sorry, I could only do 100% effort, because that's all that is logically possible!

This is an excellent workout. Low Impact but I actually think harder and more intensive than those high impact jumping HiiT workouts.

Didn't have time to do all the workouts for Day 1 of the #FallChallenge. But did the two YouTube videos for the day. So started with this one, which definitely winded me for a quick 9 minutes! On to the next!

Great workout! I had a c section 12 wks ago and have been trying to get back into it. I had been looking for a low impact workout that would actually get my heart rate up and this was perfect! Did it 2.5 times and it was just right! Thank you!

With advancing age (65), iffy joints, hypothyroidism, and a resting heart rate of 48bpm (sinus bradycardia); it is very hard for me to break a sweat or get my heart rate above 100. This workout does the trick. I'd like to see more of this kind of workout.

I truly appreciate these videos, young lady. I had a near death experience in 2013 from drinking and drugging for 24 years. I have now been sober for over five years, but I have damage to my equilibrium from my using days.
These shorter videos really work well for someone like me. Thank you.

I'm just a beginner but this was so easy to follow and my heart rate is up and my legs are gonna hate me tomorrow, but it felt SO worth it!! (oh and thank you, it seems like you have a fair bit of videos for small spaces/apartments and living in a state with hard winters, this will be GREAT when i can't get outdoors!)
