oh gosh i'm sorry, you just need cardio blast after 3 set
what if i'm too embarrased to throw a "temper tantrum" at the gym, they don't have that bouncy ball… and the low skaters make me self conscious :/
Totally checking this out the night before I'll do it and my first impression was, "Oh! Only 4:23! This is awesome for a quick morning workout!".
I'm totally not looking forward to this anymore and it's definitely not gonna be able to be squeezed in before work! Haha. How deceptive!

So hard, but i feel so much better after i did this, even though i didn't make it through all the cardio blast.
Drenched in sweat – dried it off multiple times, but here I am: soaked. At least I'm warm for the oncoming run! (It's so cold here…). Super happy for the POP HIITs being back! December2013 Day 3 Half done. >:D

Wow!! Sweating like a beast right now. I had lots of school work to do today and didn't have time to workout but I sacrificed my time and workedout anyway and it's 5am right now. Time for me to go to sleep! >.<

Am i supposed to do the cardio blast and then go for another mile run?
Done for the day! I did only 6 cardio blast but i was consistent the whole time!! (pat on back) for the sets I feel like i couldn't finish, i did alternatives and kept going!! (i.e. 30 sec low skaters and 30 sec jumping jacks) I WISH EVERYONE LUCK. THANK YOU CASSEY!!!
I waited too late to do my workout, so I didn't have time to do the mile run. This was my first HIIT, and I didn't know what I was getting into! I'll plan my day better next time. I also want to use heavier weights, too.

Started my workout a day late. I was sweating by the 4th exercise on the 1st set. Now I gotta do two more, a cardio blast, and a mile? Whew, that's a lot!
