Can you make a video explaining the injury to your left shoulder as I am currently deal with a shoulder injury and it would be interesting to see how you adapt your training to cater to the injury.

Hey Lex, I was in a car crash back in March and messed my lower back up a bit rested up for a while missing out on squats and deadlifts. i've tried squatting and deadlifting a couple of months back at a light weight was fine, then progressed to heavy deadlifts a month ago perfectly fine. But when i get to a certain weight when squatting usually at about 110kg my lower back starts to be aggravated. I've going to take squats out of my leg workouts. I was just wondering if there where any other good alternatives other then leg press to incorporate. Any feed back would be great cheers.

Lex, do your muscles get sore as often (or in the same way) when you are doing high volume week as when you are doing contraction or heavy weeks?
