I wonder if almond milk has negative effects.
As a British person, this makes me very very very happy! Although I already drink about 5 cups of tea a day.
I prefer loose herbs.
Good
You talked about antioxidants, but you didn't answer the question you posed in the title of your video. Does tea speed up metabolism?
What about red tea? I usually drink rooibos but is it different than other teas?
Thanks so much! This actually answers a lot of my tea questions ^^
How many cups of tea should i drink a day to see results, and get the best results? Thanx for this video.
What are your thoughts on loose vs. bagged teas? I've read that bagged tea is "bad" for you because it can't expand and release it's antioxidants in the bag and that loose leaf tea is much better because there's room for it to release all its goodness.
I love this! I thought I was drinking tea wrong by not using boiling water, seems like I was doing it good the whole time! I pour water from my coffemachine, do you think that water is the right temperature? It's not boiling water that comes out.
