awsome, felt every inch of every move but in a really good way. I am a personal trainer and often get bored with my own personal workouts. This is great for me when I have a few minutes to work on myself

I'm a fitness instructor and we did this workout on Friday. Wow! I got a few complaints (you know, the love-hate-love kind) and plenty more on Monday. It kicks in after the workout is over. Great workout!!!

Hi, have you considered "Belly Fat Blaze" (do a Google search for it)? There you can watch a helpful free video. This made it easier for Rebecca to lose her tummy fat. It might work for you also…

There you will see a helpful free video presentation by a well respected doctor and licensed nutritionist teaching on how to get rid of unwanted fat. This made it easier for Andre to lose his abdominal fat. I hope it works for you also…

Hey, have you heard of "BellyFATtack" yet? Just search on Google. On there you can find an important free video by a respected doctor revealing the way to get rid of body fat. This made it possible for Cheryl to reduce her tummy fat. It may work for you as well.

yes i mean it. you can make your workout sessions much more productive if your eating the right foods to avoid fat and belly. And I saw an interview with body building champion where he talks about 7 odd foods he eats to keep his abs hard. i found it here bit.ly/18gHHh5?=xxiiq

Hey, have you come across " BellyFATtack " yet? Simply google it. On there you will find a good free video presentation by a recognized doctor revealing how you can get rid of extra fat. This made it easier for David to burn his abdominal fat. Just give it a try. Perhaps it will work for you as well.

modifications are not done as needed- for example exercise #2- one could hold on to their leg. My students never hang without support- #backsafe
