Day 8 workout complete! Wow! This was tough! I didn't have a step but still did all the moves! Last exercise did elbow plank to full plank! Worked up a sweat with this one! 💪

Really feeling my muscles after this workout! Love it! Thank you Jessica! I'd love to see more with the step, do you think you could incorporate it into more workouts?

A tough one! But I was ready! Feel so good about being able to do the push ups with my feet on the step! Feeling strong!

I tried this routine using a bosu ball (as I don't own a step) and it was an awesome challenge! I needed to modify only one of the moves, the rest worked perfectly. Thanks! 🙂

This is great i would love a series with a step with options for low impact and high intensity moves.A mix between bodyweight exercises and dumbells .;-)

Wow! That wasn't a warm up, that was a warming! I LOVED THIS! It's amazing what a difference a step can make to a workout! Thank you, Jessica!

I haven't done this one in quite a while. It's tough but I feel so much more in control of my body than before. I believe it was more effective because of that. T25 today was Cardio and Adriene's Foundations of Yoga was Crow Pose. For the first time ever, I actually got both feet off the floor about 3 inches for a couple of seconds without falling on my face. Baby steps!

This is hard! Been meaning to try it for a while so I gave it a go with 5 & 3kg weights but had to drop to 2kg for some moves. Thank you for providing easier options. I had to do the press ups on my knees. The side planks were killer! The time went really fast though, glad I (mostly!) got through it.

Thanks for this great workout Jessica. My step was lower however it was a challenge. After this workout I did some yoga and that really helped with my flexibility and cooled my body right down. Thank you Jessica. Hope that you have a great weekend.

Don't have a step – will a chair work? Or would it be too high?

I think it's been quite a while since I've done this workout last. And it's still a tough one! I didn't want to do it today, as it was a little longer than I wanted, but I did it anyway! And I'm glad I did. Fitbit claimed I burned 277 calories! I will definitely be feeling it tomorrow! I had to do a few less reps on a few moves, but kept up as well as I could. I still have a lot of restrengthening to do from not working out for a month and a half!

I don't know if you'll see this since this video is so long ago. How come you don't post as many videos anymore? I miss tabata and longer videos from you. I'd love, selfishly, a longer low impact (bad knees) but high intensity at the same time! I miss your workouts!!! 🙂
