3rd walk on the tredmil and work out finished. I did a combo of the easier and harder side and it was good. thank you so much for sharing this it is helping so many people. love from your new zealand fans

your videos help me out so much! they give me motivation because all the moves on the left are totaly do able for my fitness level which was 0 before i started doing half an hour workouts fallowing a variety of your videos. this seiries seems to be my favourite when im feeling like pushing myself. 🙂
Hello Lucy, I started this challenge two days ago and my legs are sooo sore and painful !! Should I do this third day despite the pain ? Or it is better to wait, i don't want to injury myself. Thank you for your answer or anyone who have an answer for me 🙂
Thank you for this series of workouts! I can't tell you how glad I am to have found you. I've been suffering with injuries (and scar tissue which causes lots of pain) and I've not been able to work out properly for ages. The low impact versions are JUST what I need 🙂 x
Hiya Lucy, I am doing this series at the moment and am loving it! But I was wondering, I have noticed while working out, only my right side feels the workout intensely the next day. I still burn on the left but not near as much, why would this be?

Never too late to try a challenge! On my day 3 and it is so much easier to know that they are short and effective videos, can't wait to see the results at day 30!
