I always watch your videos while eating chocolate and drinking a can of coke! Kinda the opposite of what you are trying to teach but ah well!

This just killed me! But it's so worth it! Been doing your 5 minute HIIT and tone workout video for nearly a week, and I feel amazing and all my clothes are getting loose already! Can't wait to see the results in another couple of week!
Thank you Lucy for making these workouts. They have just the right balance in them.

This was so hard but amazing! Can do you a video of a full workout you do with +AnnaSaccone? Or a video where you do warm up, Hiit and cool down all in 1 video? I don't mind skipping around videos but sometimes it takes me longer than 20 seconds to find the next. Your workouts are really helping me, Lucy all the was in America. BTW you would love Colorado! Hikeing trails, gorgeous mountains a fitness enthusiasts dream!

Your videos are AMAZING! Thank you for making them 🙂 can you please recommend me some workouts that are intense but are not hard on my knees as things like squats, lunges etc. Aggregate them 🙁

This was challenging, but I made it through! The first toning exercise I need to build up to in order to touch the ground. I have weak hips, and not the strongest core….yet, so balancing was a little hard. Still, it was a good workout. Thanks so much, Lucy!

At 1:20, that move reminds me of those balanced ducks that dip their bills into water. Do you know what I am talking about? That last move really winded me! I loved the workout, thank you Lucy! Also, is there a difference between videos that you will tell someone to do multiple times and others you don't? Are the ones that you don't meant to be done once or would you repeat all of them if you want?

Wow this one is so hard!!! Only just made it through, will hopefully get easier with time? Thanks for making these though, love that you don't need any equipment and they're suitable for me to do in a small student house!!

Hi Lucy. This is super helpful. Thank you! Do you mind doing a video on a workout routine or workout tips for people with bad knees? Trying to lose weight and toning the legs but doing lunges is super painful with my bad knees (I have lower back problem too – minor scoliosis). x

I've started the December workout plan, can the plan alone really help me tone up/lose weight? Along with eating healthy? It doesn't seem like enough 🙁

Great workout! I'm finding the older workout videos are definitely more challenging than the newer ones. Hope you start putting out longer workout routines such as 30-45-60 minutes(?) Thanks for your expertise!
