I had open surgery a little more than a year ago. I had never felt so much physical pain when I woke up after the surgery. I literally felt like I was in hell. CT Motherfucking Fletcher was my inspiration and motivation to push myself to have a speedy recovery. I kept telling myself to PUSH harder and think of physical pain as weakness leaving my body. Fast forward a little over a year and now I'm back to body building. ISYMFS! Thank you CT for being you. You are one inspirational human being.

mr. CT I'm tearing up in ma own zone rn. I have been outta shape for 4 years now. i used to be 200lbs solid and now I'm 285 over weight can barley breath. I'm a border line diabetic at 22 years old. I might even be a damn diabetic rn without knowing…… but this is still my mutha fucking set. idk if this will ever get read. but today is the fucking day I take a stand and command a move in growth. thank you for the motivation and show of will power to follow

CT I have given up on myself I have gotten lazy put on some weight I always say to myself next week or next month its time to do something about it. I've watched many of your videos and after seeing that you fought for your will to live again.
