His legacy in life was what Fletcher built in iron. Respect and love, Fletch. I remember giving a quick prayer all the time when I heard he was hospitalized. Asking God to make him his tool for a word instead of takinghim away from us so soon and there he is breaking paradigms.

Instead He made the last set, for us; it is what it is.

CT if you want to help people, and in particular lost people, tell them the truth about bodybuilding and especially drug enhanced bodybuilding. How it destroys the body, destroys the coronary system, and ends life too soon as we know for certain. How it creates an Idol in a persons life that is pursued after more than even God himself, tell them. Tell them that for most bodybuilders, and we all know it already, that our training, meals, and research takes up most of our conscious thoughts and God is relegated to the back seat, or worse. Tell them what the gospel says, that to truly find life we have to lay aside our flesh and it’s short lived desires, since in the end we don’t to keep any of it anyway. That the Bodybuilding lifestyle is generally consumed with preoccupation of self, which is idolatry, and it’s fruits are an earlier than hoped for death or sickness. Bodybuilding will destroy many lives, many hearts, many families. You know it, and I know it. But do they?
Mr. Fletcher I’ve been following you since I saw your story on Joe Rogan and bless you sir for sharing your story. I was healthy my entire life and pushed my body to the max my never quit attitude. I overdid it and found out I wasn’t invincible when I was diagnosed with Cardiomyopathy and an Ejection Fraction around 10 in 2017. I left the hospital with a Life Vest then ICD and worked up for a heart transplant in summer 2017. Doctor told me to go home and wait, well after 3 months off work and a wife needing to finish her college I moved back to Houston. I’m 36 and still working hard and staying motivated listening to people willing to share their story like yourself. Bless you sir!
