I like this workout. I have been doing two of the things in the video several days of week while taking creatine, arginine pills, and curvy girl pills and seeing results.

i know im late joining in on this lol, but throughout these exercises, mainly the push ups and most especially the tricep dips with the chair, I have really bad pain with my wrists, like they are gonna snap. Any idea how to avoid this?
Ive been working the tops of my arms and seeing great results but was wondering why the bottom still looked so soggy. Thanks for the lesson!! Hopefully the bottom will catch up now.

I did one round, with all of the intense modifications. But this is incredible for me and I'm proud of myself.

Does this work if you are 68. I do cardio and weights at the gym, however, my arms aren’t firm with obvious wrinkles. Makes me feel old!!
