As someone who is overweight, I seriously can not recommend this. I tried. But it's too early and I'm too weak. Not enough "keep going; you can do it" is enough. I couldn't do it.

Amazing workout Jessica. I really feel the burn. I have partnered this today with Day 6 Lower Focus Circuit. Really love this one and I will definitely feel the burn tomorrow. I do so enjoy working out barefoot.

Made the mistake of putting this work-out at the end of my daily routine, already fatigued. 10 minutes into it I started yelling at Jessica! "OMG 8 MORE!!! NO F-ING WAY!" (and some other not so nice words) – gimme 8 more – oohhhh!

This was really hard for me even though I've been working with you fot months. You must have done lots of ballet training, your hands and feet look so pretty. I'm going to add the barre work to my week it will help strengthen my weak left leg and hip. I never got strength back after my hip replacement.

Good workout! I only wish it was a slightly slower pace and less intense music…as a newbie, I really like to be able to develop the full pose without have to rush the reps. Thanks for your efforts to help us stay fit. Looking forward to more😅

thank you you are the best i see a lot of videos and i work out with them but i prefer your videos you focus on the right exercises ,i see the difference in my body .Ballet exercise the best! i feell lighter and my posture is improving .Thank you again.Can you do more cardio ballet ?are awsome .

I swapped Lower Focus from Walk Strong 2 for this amazing Lower Body workout. I wanted something different than the usual Lower Body Routines but challenging too. I got what I needed and my leg muscles were definitely shaking during some on those plies and lunge moves because of the high reps. Loved it and will definitely go to it again soon.

I combine the barre exercises with jump rope. Jump rope is simple and I like it. Barre for functiom and prevention of muscular atrophy from disuse. Thank you for your work. 😃👍

Watched this video and thought this looks like a great workout…two days later come back to do the video and had to stop 5 times in 1st 5mins! This is why dancers have great legs! Omg sooo hard but I’m sure it’s worth it!
