The only way not to lose muscle while on a deficit calorie is by using anabolic steroids, otherwise it will be almost next to impossible for your body to do this(if you are not a newbie)… I'm pretty sure all the bro-science experts agree on this…look up at IceCreamFitness.. channel..

wrong. BCAA's will keep your body from using your muscles as fuel. Your body doesnt catabolize your muscle in hours anyway, quit being a bro. If you get enough protein and the right amount of macros you will still have to meet certain calorie requirements each day, like a 1200-1600 calorie minimum to retain muscle, but I use IF, in the mornings I don't eat PWO until 12 noon, so I use BCAAs, still in a caloric deficit, still getting stronger, progressive overload, and enough protein, some BCAAs.

No sir…you are completely wrong…You will lose muscle in a deficit diet even if you take 500 grams of protein a day.. Like I said, there is no other way to not lose muscle if you are not taking steroids.. period..

I'm not condoning the use of steroids,, but the facts are the facts even if you don't agree with them..

BCAA's are worthless and a waste of money, sorry to say but these supplements companies have been scamming/lying to all of us.
