Don’t be fooled with this short calorie burner video. They run through the exercises quick to make sure you get in a quick, efficient workout! I was sweating!!
This was amazing! Four sets of the same thing was a little too repetitive for me to motivate myself further though, so I’d suggest adding a few more onto the others and just make it 3 😁

Oh my gosh this had me wondering how come I'm so unfit after working out like crazy for years lol. Great cardio session. Someone said this burns about 150 calories to 180 calories without modifications. 😊

Man, this workout will make you SWEAT. I'm actually dripping sweat onto my phone as i type this. Just some advice: please do the modifications if you need to, this workout is super intense and you can hurt yourself or even pass out if you push yourself too hard!

In order to gain more muscle, there are only two things to consider: training and a good diet. Thankfully, we have Agoge Diet that provides both training and diet plan. Try not to visit their website. Trust me, you can't.

I was very skinny and after changing my diet I finally started seeing results. I didn't know anything about training and diet, but my friend told me for the website called Agoge Diet and I just followed their diet and training plan. They have amazing tips 😉 check it out
A lot of these moves are really problematic on the wrists, I would really not reccommend a lot of the moves in this video. Please be careful and take care of your body!
