In 2012 I learned that low carb dieting is the way to go (for me at least, I lost 50lbs), Having a home gym is extremely convenient, and having a training partner has huge benefits as far as motivation and accountability go.
I learned that I should should have been doing IF and Wendler 5/3/1 a long time ago. 😉 Check out my week 14 IF update. I should have a week 16 update this weekend.
To never bulk again..this lower abs fat is killing me, so frustrating !

my macros for carbs are 270g and i have 65 grams breakfast and pwo, and 45 throughout my other 3 meals and 5g in my nightime meal. but i think my body needs some more carbs prewo so do you think it would be okay to go 55 and breakfast 55 pre and 65 post? or should i go 60 breakfast 50 pre and 65 post

learned that when trying to build muscle your form is 10 times more important than the weight you lift. train your muscle not your ego.
2012 was my first year (Started in Jan) Learned to track macros and be patient.
It would be a shame for you not to bulk up when other normal people do it easily using Lean Body Blaster (check it out on Google).
It would be a shame if you did not get ripped when these other people are able to get ripped so easily using "MAD Ripped Muscle" (check it out on Google).
Biggest thing I picked up on in my first year of training (2012) is how important form really is.
