The new Fitness Blender filming studio is finally done! We’re still in our garage 🙂 and nothing else is changing, but our job and our lives are going to feel a little easier and less stressful. Help us celebrate this “Studio Complete” by doing this bodyweight workout with us, which was filmed during the building of our new workspace. Thank you for encouraging us all along the way. Awesome! New to FB and I'm loving it. Your routines and energy in your videos have brought back the fun and excitement to working out that I had as a teen. Stopped working to homeschool my kids and almost let myself go. Thanks for helping me look forward to staying fit and healthy
