how about upper back and neck mobility routine? i get a stiff neck and upper back after bench press and overhead press. Especially bad when both are performed on the same day.

Would a random shoulder pain when benching be caused by forward tipping?
It doesnt matter the weight i bench and it doesnt happen every rep
If omar or anyone could offer some advice id appreciate it

Really helpful video. This is gold for people with shoulder injuries like me. Seeing a chiro and having Active Release Technique and Graston Technique done on my shoulders is so fucking relieving, it's ridiculous.

How do overhead presses and benching effect the labrum and rotator cuff of the shoulder, when the shoulder joint itself is "loose" or LAX?
