how about upper back and neck mobility routine? i get a stiff neck and upper back after bench press and overhead press. Especially bad when both are performed on the same day.
Would a random shoulder pain when benching be caused by forward tipping?
It doesnt matter the weight i bench and it doesnt happen every rep
