CREEEEEEWWWWW 🔥💪 I’m fcked bro, my left side is “paralyzed”, so I can only do lateral raises with my left arm. I do them though, and also chest press, hitting the front delt a bit 🙂 💪
Thanks anyway for this! đź‘Š

Or just dont do it, and concentrate on progression of the over head press!

All you need for big shoulders is heavy overhead presses with progressive overload

Out of curiosity Lex…. When you are bringing the dumbells back down through the negative, is it not best to stop at the point where your shoulders are in line with your elbows to keep the tension on the shoulders? Or does this negatively impact your shoulders?

I hurt my front delt a week and half ago and have been resting/doing legs and cardio. Is there any stretches or something that I can do to speed up the healing process?

Arnold press is the best. Boy do you feel it in your shoulders doing that. Also it seems to help with overall impingements as my right shoulder is forever impinged but arnold press it just clicks it out

These are the types of instructional videos I like to see, straight and to the point without all of the unneeded stuff. Been a long time viewer/subscriber btw. I have a personal gym myself and like to change up my routines each week because staying consistent with a 5 day split schedule, while doing the same workouts over and over gets really old. But I catch myself mixing certain movements up with different exercises which interferes with my form. Little short videos like this are great little reminders. Much appreciated.đź‘Ť Hope to see more of these types of tutorials.
