Half way through my phone died… so i just kept going and didn't realize you said stop at 5
I’m gonna do this one again next week but this time I will climb the ladder. Always a bigger challenge for me in that direction. Also if you want a little more burn on the toe touches touch the outside of your foot. That’s what I did and it was a scorcher. I enjoyed this one.

I busted my ass keeping with you and I made it down to the 9 reps. But even on my knees, I just had absolutely nothing left.

Scott, I need help. Recently while working (normal pushups) I started to feel a burning sensation in my rear delt, close to the back of my armpit. Now anytime I do pushups, it starts to hurt quite a bit. I've tried to roll it out with a foam roller and with a trigger ball, but it seems to not really make a difference. Do you have any recommendations on what to do to fix it? If need be, I can do a video explaining where the pain is? Any help would be much appreciated.

So the day went like this:
wake up – stretch – breakfast – work – travel home – start abs at home video – wrap up like a champ – check chest at home – start chest at home – curse at 3rd rep – curse at 4th – curse some more – end up screaming FREAKING LOVE THIS at last 5 reps 'cause of mind focus or something like that.
Point is, exercise works people more so if you hear Scott's saiyan shout, 'tis a thing of beauty when you feel that burn and even more when hearing Scott saying push-up bahs 😀

Hey I modified this to do upper body. Instead of flyes I did DB pullover for back. Lateral raise for shoulder. DB bicep curl. Then the abs. It was really tough
I did it, tanks was intense.

I've done this workout three times in the last two weeks and I still can't figure out how you managed to do 14 push-ups in a row in the 7th set. Mental!

You know, this workout, with just the two alternating chest exercises, gets my chest far more sore than what I was normally doing, which is more or less:
Dumbbell bench press — 3 sets
Decline dumbbell bench press — 3 sets
Dumbbell chest flys — 3 sets
Dumbbell pull overs — 3 sets
Incline dumbbell press to close-grip press — 3 sets
Mind you this is working from home because of Covid crap.
Why the f did you add abs if it's a chest training?
I gotta say, this floor flys followed by pushups has been the chest workout that has gotten my chest the most sore, since I've started working out early this year (~10 months).
I really struggled for months with getting my pecs to do the work on especially pressing exercises but also dips. I've only recently started to get better but I'm still not great at presses. A "typical" chest workout doesn't really get my chest sore but this one sure does.
Now I know being sore isn't a requirement of muscle building so I'm not really sure which workout is better but it sure seems like this one is better if my entire chest is really sore from it.
I wish you'd do this for back too man! My lats are never sore after "typical" back workouts, and while I was pretty bad at engaging lats at the start, I'm ok at it now so I think my form is at least decent.
This is still one of my favorite ones ️🔥
