This is a simple way to make pull ups or ANY vertical pull more effective.
If you really want to go through the full range of motion for you lats on the pull ups, make sure to fully extend on the way down, pause from hang and then pull all the way up. Easy way to make a pull up a lot more difficult + get more out of it if you can't do weighted pull ups.

Recently my left elbow starts cracking whenever I perform any pressing movement with heavyish weight. (85% 1rm). It feels sometimes that its just going to snap and i definitely want to avoid that. I never had an elbow injury so idk where this cracking came from. What should i do?
Since i started doing rack pulls my back has exploded

If you like maximum range if motion, why aren't you doing a chin up with exactly that form
Remember this tips u shared on ur pullup series my lats grew like monsters since then + my rotator cuff is injury free

thank you so much for this, please do more videos like this. Today i applied this to my training and it made the pull up and lat pull down so much harder 🙂 i appriciate the informative videos on proper form especially since the lats are really hard for me to feel while working out.

Lats can be grow WIDER than your shoulders.. It has huge effect on your overall appearance.. Lats are OP.

Learned a key problem in your video … I've been guilty of using too much trap pull. I'm going to remind myself to pull with lats and not traps on Sunday when I'm back in the gym working on my back.
