You dont have to do a body slam into the floor for a proper burpee..just so long as you get to the push up position by the time your on the ground..haha nice work tho
gonna do this! Did a 7 min burpee challange for CrossFit. I wasn't at my best, but knocked out 75 burpees. :c

nice challenge for wrestlers.. But why are you "hitting" the floor with your knees?! Looks painful for me and me sensitive knees.. I would appreciate an answer cause I do often burpees at my workout and I wan't to know if I am doing them in the wrong way.

i did beet you finally, and i finally reached 50 burpees, but before i upload the video for you to see,do burpees include pushups in it or not. i am a big fan, but i live in qatar and i need to particpate in the challanges.

Lmao, thought I'd leave a little comment here. I too am in really good shape (Muay Thai / Kickboxing background). I laughed when you swore out loud after 20 reps. It always feels easy to go all out on the first 20 for anyone that's in shape, but after that, the torture sets in and it all becomes a mental endurance thing.
Burpees are so brutal, yet I can't go without them. It's a love-hate thing between me and the world's best workout.
