This is my 3rd time doing the fat burn program XD I noticed that I'm gaining upper abs from the training but I still have belly fat from the bottom. Is there a way I can get rid of that?

Omg, even with more breaks and smaller weights than Kelly, this absolutely killed me, my legs, lungs and by the end those arms too. Damn was this harder than expected, in a good way 😉 I feel absolutely toast but I still have an extra credit challenge ahead of me. By the end of today’s session I’m definitely gonna be dead, that’s for sure, considering how shaky my legs are and how sweat is pouring off me in rivers. #FBSweat Day 5 main workout complete! 25.06.2021
