More workouts from ATHLEAN-X –
OK, grab your dumbbells, show some guts and bear down for this brutal 275 rep dumbbell workout from ATHLEAN-X called the Hatchet! Why is this workout called the “hatchet” if you’re only using dumbbells to complete it? Because as you’ll see, in just 275 reps and five exercises (and less than 30 minutes), we can take the strongest athletes in the world and cut them down to size by challenging them with workouts that actually work.
In the dreaded “Hatchet”, our elite collegiate athletes are going to be using a pair of dumbbells to go through the following 5 exercises to complete the workout as quickly as possible.
The exercises in this dumbbell only workout

Dumbbell Thrusters
Dumbbell Dead Rows
Dumbbell Cleans
Dumbbell Renegade Rows
Dumbbell-less Burpee / Box Jump combos
The goal is to perform 10 reps of these 5 exercises without rest and then move down the pyramid to 9 reps of each of these exercises, 8 reps, etc until you hit just one rep of each. This dumbbell only workout may look simple in structure but it’s anything but easy to complete once you get started.
For more workouts that don’t require much more than a set of dumbbells, a pullup bar, a piece of resistance tubing, and a bench or physioball to lay on, then head to and get the complete 90 day ATHLEAN-X Training System. I used 2 25 pound dumbbells after doing a full body workout. Man that kicked my ass.

actually its great for burning arm fat or sculpitng the arm.. but its overkill if you ask me ?
tricep quads , back and brachilialis, reverse bircep quads, shoulders rear shoudlers , quades and cardio.

I did it yesterday, a hard one if you ask me! It took me 29' to go through, with two 10 kilos dumbells (i'm a 76 kilos budd, but haven't got 9 1/2 kilos dumbells 😁) !
