In a few of the videos they recommend 8, 5 or 10 lb weights for beginners. I guess it depends on ur level and what ur comfortable with.

This was really great. You guys have the best workout routines. I would love to see a series for stand up paddle boarding, though. I live in AZ, and recently visited Redondo Beach and went paddle boarding. I loved it! But unfortunately, I am not sure how to work out at home to target the muscles I need to become fitter in this area as it was quite the workout when I did it! If you could make a workout that targets the specific muscles on land that would be great! :)
How many times a week should I do this work out and will I see a difference in my body, Thank you in Advance

Im getting married in 8 months! And between this and the "Something Blue" Cardio, I will for sure be wedding ready! Great workout!! It is so much easier to work out when I enjoy the routine!

Great workout! I had multiple ads pop up mid workout, I find the interruption frustrating. I definitely feel like I'm getting a full body workout in a short time which I appreciate.

When I first did this workout back in 2017 I lost 80lbs I was doing this 5 days a week sometimes 4 and fasting till 2pm and doing that omad this really helped me stay consistent. Now I have started doing the same thing again and I already lost 8lbs thank you 😊
