Man, my dad just past from COVID-19 last month. I wanted to make sure you stay healthy we always talked about your vids it was 3 weeks from when he entered the hospital till his death. Just wear a mask and do your part in slowing the spread. You don't know how many people you can save.

I don't know if Shaw can break the strict curl record or not, but I very much want to see what he can do.
Brandon could be coming in at his best. Dexter, Phil, Lewis, Roelly…. Imagine if all of these guys come in sharp with no midsection issues. This could be the best Olympia in decades.
As in the past Brian said he wasn`t looking for world records ( his goal is WSM ) so it`s hard to tell if one day he will attempt such record.
I think it's good that Phil is going dark mode , he doesn't have the best track record when it comes to interacting on social media during a prep, he might end up cursing out a 14 year old kid at 2 am because they said something about his physique.
Anyone else rooting for Brandon Curry to repeat and hurt The Gifts feelings! Its obviously gonna be very hard bc we all kno Phil has a chip on his shoulder and hes probably gonna shock some people with how good he can look if he controls the gut and dials in the conditioning!

Would be interesting to see what big Z could have done back in prime. After all he cleaned a 503 lb log (then pressing it ). These heavy log lifters would probably break that 250 lb threashhold.

brian shaw can bench more than 500 lbs, and over head press over 200 lbs, but with all those other workouts he does for the Wsm competitions, he has to definitely be working out his biceps too,
