this is awesome Scott!! these types of vids are informative and it's great that you are branching out from physical exercise and discussing different types of bodily ailments (not necessarily going into anything too deeply medical) and telling us / showing us the benefits of exercising and what it can do for our bodies to keep us healthy and etc. Thanks for this!!

Really? So it's it like the Paleo diet. Is it a long term thing? Because it sounds like it's a management tool, diabetes isn't curable but it is the most manageable disease, i can guarantee that if the person goes back to old habits the glucose would shoot right back up. where can i find the video sounds like something i can suggest to some willing patients see if it can help the manage the disease.

Hi guys, I´ve been diabetic for almost 12 years now. What I have learned in all this years is that training at the gym makes me feel abs great. My sugar levels are low, my HbA1C is perfect and what makes me feel very confident is that more I train, more I feel one of the rest. Insulin help me but Diabetes is more about your brain. So get out of the coach and run. Great video, thanks for posting this.

A major cause of diabetes (2) is obesity and physical inactivity, which is a fact for a lot of americans.

For many people therefor, the conclusion is: get of your but, get a decent diet (good balance between protein, fat and carbs), make your own food instead of going out for dinner so many times (also saves you a lot of money) and start a light workout by just walking or taking the bike more often (instead of the car for short distances), build the intensity up carefully etc.

You inject a healthy person with insulin you will give them a hypo and cause permanent brain damage/ kill them!

That info is extremely novice level.
Any diabetic who has been a diabetic for just a week knows that.

It's extremely hard to get more in-depth info about bodybuilding with diabetes.
For example is it true that you get several times more effect if you take protein on a mild hypoglycemia?
