Awesome! Can I swap somoe of the HIIT/cardio workouts for more strength-oriented routines because I don't really need to lose fat, but rather build muscle? Also, could we get updated meal plans ?

Thank you so much, as always you came up with something useful and great, I love the fact it takes all the guess work out of my workout schedule(I actually have made something similar for myself and each Sunday decide which workouts to do for the coming week, and it takes so much time!!)…my only concern is I am not sure if 20 minutes workout per day is enough for me!!since in your workout calendar for January it's just 20 minutes for most days! I dont need to loose weight, i just want to bring my body fat percentage down and get leaner and stronger!

I am so excited about this! since my kids have been home on winter break I haven't felt to motivated to workout for the past two weeks. I always looked to your channel for inspiration and motivation so I came today to check out what yall have been posting… I now have all the motivation I need! my usual routine is to workout right after dropping my boys off at school but first I always sit down and go through your channel for any new vlogs and to pick a workout I feel like doing that day… I'm so excited to get back to it! yall are awesome!

Woo Hoo! I was so excited to start and then real life and weather happened. I ended up spending about 3 hours shoveling snow for most of my neighborhood. I'm counting that as some kind of fitness activity for Monday. 😉 IDK if I should still do weights today, since I did a lot of snow lifting yesterday. Either way….THANK YOU for giving us these programs!!!!! I'm trying to go from being flabby and 50 to fabulously fit and 51! HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!

Hi Coach. Just finished week one and I am feeling great. My first question is, once I finish the foundation 30 day program, do I move on to Motivation program or do I just recycle Foundation program each month? (I chose Foundation for weight loss and chronic pain benefits).
Next question – my routine is to walk dog for 40 mins to 1 hr first thing in the morning, have breakfast, and do my workout. I heard that I should not do cardio (walk) or eat before working out … may I get your feedback on that please?

Thanks for the new program. I just finished the first week of the foundation program and have found it challenging, almost to difficult. The workouts really pushed my limits. Do I repeat week one until it is no longer challenging or do I start week 2? Thanks for any input. Keep up the good work.
